This document regulates the Privacy and Cookies Policy of the website operated in the domain of upsideconsulting.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Website). Upside Consulting (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) exercises all due diligence to respect the privacy of the Website Users.

The administrator processes the acquired data pursuant to Art. 23 section 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act. Users have the right to control the processing of data concerning them contained in the Service Provider's data files. This is in particular the right to access and correct your data, as well as to request supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or deletion if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or were collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.
The User has the right to terminate the use of the service provided electronically, including the Newsletter service, at any time. System logs
These are internal event logs of the Website's server, automatically recording page requests and sent when Users visit its websites.
