Approach
Review of selected or all processes relevant to the Supply Chain, interviews with key employees and identification of important areas (regions, products, customers) based on data analysis (volumes, costs and service levels).
Delivery
Presentation of the analysis result, proposal of projects/actions to be implemented with impact on Company operations and PnL. Agreement with senior management on priorities.
