Organization has no HR role in place because organization is too small, not mature enough, not sure of HR role’s added value.

 

Objective

 

Ensure daily, professional, complex HR management, increaseHR role visibility and HR processes positive influence on business goals achievement factor.

Methodology used

 

Weekly/daily presence, taking the responsibility for the HR area tasks and outcome. Acting as HR responsible role.

 

Approach

 

Deep understanding of the business and organization specifics. Building HR strategy and approach matching specifics and challenges. Being part of the organization, being support for the owners and top management. Setting up HR KPIs and implementing regular HR KPIs evaluation and management.

 

Delivery 

HR role is managed and under control, all hard (excluding payroll) and soft HR aspects are managed and measured by KPIs system. Interim HR becomes internal and external HR face to all stake holders (employees, board, owners, authorities, candidates, whole labor market).
