Adapting organizational structures, canceling not needed roles or levels, reducing HC, transfering roles within organization or outsourcing roles. Implementing changes without harming business and engagement.

Defining needs and setting goals to be achieved, measuring the HR KPIs (direct/indirect ratio, sales per HC, profit per HC), legal risks audit, change management process and implementation action plan, Gantt chart. 

 

Approach 

 

Risk and opportunities audit, advisory support, regular supervision or full management of the process (HR, legal, cost controlling perspectives).

Delivery

Change management and implementation report, communication plan,
if full management chosen the weekly goals achievement report and implementation based on the success factor agreement.
